Patient Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice (or longer if possible). This provides us the option of arranging an alternative visit.

If you do not cancel or are not at home at the time of the arranged visit, you will be charged the full amount.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur which lead to an appointment being missed.

Exceptional circumstances will be carefully considered.
